How to create a local account in windows 11 default settings

Create a local account with Windows 11 installation default settings
The method of creating a local account in the initial setup of Windows 11 differs between Ver.21H2 and Ver.22H2 . If you don’t know the version, you can easily check it by the following method.
- Press “Shift” and “F10” on the keyboard on the initial setting screen to start the command prompt.
- Enter ” winver ” and press the “Enter” key to display a screen where you can check the version
