Windows 8 reduced (thumbnail) display is not possible | do not display
In Windows 8 Explorer, when you increase the display size of icons, image files, video files, etc. are displayed in reduced size.
If you can not display it, you may be able to display it by the following method. You can also disable thumbnail display in the same setting.
Hold down the “Windows” key on your keyboard and press the “X” key. From the menu that appears at the bottom left of the screen, click Control Panel.
For mouse operation, right-click anywhere on the display where there is no icon. Click “All apps” and then click “Control Panel”.
Click Customize Desktop.
Click “Folder Options” to open the Folder Options window.
Click View in the Folder Options window.
Uncheck “Always show icons, never thumbnails” in “Advanced Settings” and click “OK” to close the window.
To disable the display of thumbnails, check “Always show icons, never thumbnails”.
